TVR United's slim title hopes are almost up after the West Riding County Amateur League's leaders pulled closer to an insurmountable points tally.
Holders Golcar United will confirm a second successive championship with three points from their last three games, after running out 4-0 winners at Lepton Highlanders.
Second-placed TVR are now seven points adrift after their derby game at Esholt against Route One Rovers was called off, due to the visitors not being able to raise a team for the match.
Golcar's win against the division's basement club came courtesy of a brace for the league's leading scorer Buddy Cox, who now boasts a total tally of 47 for the campaign.
Impressively, this accounts for just under half of Golcar's league goals for the season.
Taking their count to over a century were Ryan John and Alex Hallam from the penalty spot to finish off strugglers Lepton.
Toller's season is ending with a sour tone after another loss sees them without any points in four games.
They hosted third-placed Littletown who maintained their bid for the runners up spot with a 4-2 victory.
The side's top scorer, Joe Jagger, is trying his best to keep apace in the goalscoring charts with Cox and he scored a brace in this one for the hosts.
His strikes were complemented by goals from Matt Addy and Michael Halessellasie.
Toller's consolation goals came from Luke Hepton and Shoab Mohammed.
Mid-table Steeton Reserves also lost in their fixture at home to form-side Ryburn United.
The visitors made it five consecutive victories thanks to goals from George Turner, Christian Silkstone and Owen Wilkinson in a 3-1 win.

The fourth and final game in the division involved fifth-placed Lower Hopton and PFC, who sit in penultimate place in the table.
Lower Hopton took their shooting boots to PFC with a comprehensive 7-2 victory.
Kyle Walton smashed in a hat-trick and Joe Royal was close behind with two.
Both Aaron Kennedy and Akeem Campbell got one apiece to make it seven in total.
