ALPHA United Juniors stormed into the semi-finals of the under-11 Craven, Wharfe & Aire League Cup after a 6-0 win at Idle.
It was a game played under some extreme weather conditions which saw rain, hail and snow along with a side-wind.
Alpha went ahead at the end of the first half with some neat interplay and a great finish to end the move perfectly.
In the second half, Idle tried to get back in the game but were caught by a couple of swift counter-attacks as Alpha went 3-0 up.
The battle continued in the midfield, but Alpha ended convincing winners with three more well-worked goals.
Alpha's cup journey goes on, having already overcome Eccleshill and local rivals Bradford Central.
The latter attracted a big crowd as Alpha won 2-0 in a comfortable victory which they felt should have been by a bigger margin.
