THE TOP three teams in Division Four of the Bradford League put some daylight between themselves and the rest of the table after they all recorded victories.
Leaders Hermits I, who are unbeaten, made it five wins from six matches after their trip to Baildon E.
The table-toppers were soon 3-0 up through Mick and George Raine and Stewart Varley. Baildon rallied as Alan Towriss and Allen Pollard reduced the deficit but Hermits wrapped up the points, taking the next five with George Raine unbeaten. Mick Raine and Varley won two each.
Baildon D are in second place having lost just once to the leaders and they faced a tricky fixture at fourth-placed Hermits J.
John Jennison led the Baildon victory charge with three wins. Jerry Harkawy and Shirley Toulmin won two each as Baildon were comfortable 7-3 winners.
Unity C are third and still unbeaten. They had a straightforward victory over Thornbury B, Mark Tattersfield leading from the front for Unity with a treble.
Peter Jackson and Arun Hussain added two each, with Valerie Wood taking two for Thornbury.
