GUISELEY'S Luke Teale has retained the Ian Forder Memorial Trophy at Baildon, defeating home bowler Richard Briggs 21-13 in the final.
Luke defeated his brother Danny (Rufford) 21-19 in the semi-finals, while Briggs saw off Tommy Cater (Guiseley) 21-13.
Now Luke will try and defend his title in the A1 Stairlifts/Skipton BR Rycroft Trophy Airedale & Wharfedale Merit event at Broughton Road, Skipton on Sunday, July 1(9.30am).
There are some cracking ties in the quarter-finals of the Yorkshire Cup on Saturday, July 14.
Eccleshill will meet Crossgates, Littlemoor Sports & Social are up against Thongsbridge, Pudsey A face Brighouse Sports and Lower Hopton WMC have been drawn against Kirkheaton Cons.
