THREE of the four semi-finalists have been confirmed for the Bradford Billiards Championship.
They are eight-times winner Mark Hirst and Bradford captain Stephen Kershaw, who both won all four of their qualifying matches, and Richard Bowes, who won three.
The remaining semi-finalist will come via a play-off between Steve Wilman, Paul Devitt and Mick Cockroft, who each had two wins.
Hirst had the highest score of the qualifiers, twice totalling 398.
He beat Trevor Kershaw 398-85, including a 77 break, and Wilman 398-82, making breaks of 191, 76 and 67.
Hirst also had totals of 308 and 269, while Stephen Kershaw's best was 242 against Bill Oates.
That was bettered three times, however, by Bowes, who had totals of 313, 302 and 289.
