Match-day prices for City's League Two home fixtures are to remain unchanged next season.

Prices for the Sunwin, East and Carlsberg Stands will be £20 for adults, £14 for senior citizens, £15 for students and £12 for under-16s.

City will again allow registered under-11s free admission to league games provided they are accompanied by a full-paying adult and obtain their ticket by 5pm the day before the game.

Joint-chairman Julian Rhodes said: "We have looked at prices in League Two and they are comparable.

"You will find there are one or two cheaper areas in some grounds but they tend to be standing areas as there were in League One.

"I think it's fair to say we will have the best facility in League Two."

The club are no longer running their membership scheme which enabled fans to get £3 off match-day tickets.

Secretary Jon Pollard said: "It makes the purchase of season tickets look even more attractive.

"For the price of just seven match-day tickets at £20, fans can purchase a season ticket for £138, giving a massive saving of £322 if tickets were to be bought on a match-by-match basis."

Upgrades to the supporters' suites will again be available at £10 for adults and £5 for under-16s.

Meanwhile, City have refused to comment on speculation linking them with Mansfield striker Barry Conlon.

The 28-year-old targetman joined the Field Mill club in January following a second spell with Darlington.

He has also had numerous spells at other clubs including Barnsley, Southend and York, joining the Minstermen for £100,000 back in 1999.
