Reports are claiming that Neil Warnock has resigned as Sheffield United manager.
A press conference has been called for 11am at Bramall Lane but there are claims this morning that Warnock has already made up his mind to walk following the Blades' relegation.
City fans will be waiting anxiously for news amid fears that Stuart McCall is expected to be announced as Warnock's replacement.
That would scupper Julian Rhodes' dream of bringing McCall back to Valley Parade as City boss.
Should McCall take the Blades helm, David Wetherall would be favourite to get the permanent position after his spell in temporary charge.
