FARSLEY Celtic have announced a provisional pre-season friendly fixture-list of five games but could yet add more.
Neil Parsley’s men will host neighbouring Vanarama National League North outfit Bradford Park Avenue on Saturday, July 18. They follow that with two away games in the same week, at Tadcaster Albion the following Tuesday and then Hemsworth MW on the Friday.
A short trip to Dennyfield to take on Toolstation Northern Counties East Premier Division Thackley follows on Tuesday, July 28. Then a week later they play their tenants, Thackley’s league rivals Albion Sports.
Celtic’s Evo-Stik First Division North season gets underway on August 15 and a fortnight later they will join the coming season’s FA Cup competition as the preliminary round gets underway.
The friendly fixtures are mounting up, with Liversedge and Silsden both adding another two.
Sedge’s new manager Jon Rimmington will lead his side to NCE Division One newcomers Hull United on Saturday, July 25. They are on the road again the following weekend when they travel to Worsborough Bridge Athletic.
The Cobbydalers have confirmed a date for a visit from Sedge after they open their pre-season with a visit from League One outfit Fleetwood Town.
Silsden wrap up their six match warm-up, all at the Angel Telecom Stadium, with a visit from Eccleshill United.
