BRIGHOUSE Town have confirmed their full pre-season fixture list as they prepare for their second campaign in Evo-Stik First Division North.
Paul Quinn’s men will play eight warm-up games between Friday, July 10 and Saturday, August 8 – the week before the 2015-16 Evo-Stik season begins.
The friendlies start with a visit from Championship neighbours Huddersfield Town’s under-21s, and also takes in trips to Silsden and AFC Emley.
The manager feels the coming season will be the most demanding one since he joined Town almost four years ago.
The pitch at the Dual Seal Stadium is currently undergoing improvements but it will be ready for the visit of the Terriers.
Quinn said: “We have invested a lot of time in getting the planning of pre-season right in the past, and this season is no different.
"I do feel we have increased the quality of what we have done every year, and in principal the pre-season ahead should follow suit.”
Brighouse are also undertaking ground improvements other than the work being done on the playing surface.
They are promising big changes to the changing rooms, hospitality area and the bar.
