AARON Mclean is set to return to Peterborough for the rest of the season.

The Telegraph & Argus understands that the striker is rejoining Posh on loan after his ten-game spell there came to an end earlier this week. It will also include the play-offs if Peterborough are involved.

Mclean, who scored once in that time, has been out of favour with City since the end of October. His contract has another year to run after this season.

He will not be allowed to play against his parent club.
