City have sold just over 12,000 tickets for the forthcoming 2014-2015 campaign.
When the curtain went down on the cut-price offer, the figures stood at 9,464 season tickets and 2,575 flexi cards – a total of 12,039.
It is down on their first term in League One – season ticket sales are about 500 less than before - but has met the club’s estimates.
Director of operations David Baldwin said: “We sold 13,000 last year on the back of two Wembley visits and promotion.
“There was that element of euphoria at that time, whereas last season was a solid foundation at the next level.
“I expected a drop-off of about ten per cent and that’s what we’ve adjusted for with the budget. It still represents a real backing of the club and the manager again which helps us to continue to make forward steps.
“There are also more local derbies next year so you will still have people who walk up and pay the match-day admission as well as some decent away followings. That all contributes towards the budget.”
Season-ticket prices have now gone up by £100 to £299 for adults. Flexi-cards are no longer available.
