Brighouse Town have been confirmed in the new Evo-Stik League constitution after approval of the proposed list of clubs by the Football Association.
Following their promotion as champions of the Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division, Town will be in Division One North alongside neighbours Farsley.
Among their other opponents will be former NCE League rivals Scarborough Athletic and the ‘Class of 92’s’ Salford City.
There is huge expectation for Salford in the next campaign after they were bought by the Manchester United legends towards the end of last season.
The owners are brothers Gary and Phil Neville, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes and new United assistant manager Ryan Giggs.
Scarborough have moved sideways from Evo-Stik League Division One South.
