Bradford Park Avenue are inviting fans to decide their own admission fee for Monday’s home fixture against Leamington (7.45pm).
There will be no minimum or maximum price when supporters show up at Horsfall Stadium's turnstiles for the match.
John Deacey’s men take on the Brakes in a key Skrill North game as both teams look to make a late push towards the play-off places.
Avenue are currently 12th, and their opponents are just one place better off by virtue of a slightly better goal difference, having played one match more.
Avenue captain Nathan Hotte is hoping for a bumper crowd, and explained: “The more fans we can attract, the better it will be for the club.
“I think with the style of football we play, we deserve to attract more fans to watch us.
“Personally, I prefer playing in front of a bigger crowd, especially when they get behind you. It can make a difference.
“This is a good initiative and hopefully we can attract people who will visit Horsfall Stadium again and again.”
Avenue have returned to winning form in recent weeks and followed up a 6-1 rout of Worcester City in their last home match with a 3-2 victory at Gloucester City at the weekend.
Next up is a home fixture against second-placed Hednesford Town on Saturday, and they are back at Horsfall two days later for the Leamington clash.
Avenue director Kevin Hainsworth added: “The board felt that under John Deacey and his assistant Mark Hume, we play fantastic attacking football and this was an opportunity for all football fans to see that for themselves.
“We feel that our normal prices offer great value for money but the message has not reached the Bradford public, so we will let everyone decide to pay whatever they want.”
