Farsley boss Neil Parsley has promised there will be no let-up from his promotion-chasing side.

The Villagers are second in the Evo-Stik Division One North as they make the short journey to mid-table Harrogate Railway Athletic for tomorrow’s derby clash.

Parsley’s men have been on an excellent run of seven consecutive victories, six in the league and a League Cup second-round win on penalties against Railway.

Parsley said: “I’m sure Harrogate will be wanting a little bit of revenge after our last visit to Station View but my players will be ready for anything.

“Saturday’s win (3-0 at home to Mossley) was a good one for confidence and it’s important that once you get on a run you keep it going.

“People will be looking at us as a scalp now, especially our local rivals, so it’s going to be difficult but all we can do is keep playing to our full potential.”

Parsley may be forced into changes after injuries to two of Saturday’s starters.

He said: “Aaron Hardy took a heavy knock to his knee so we took him off at half-time and Adam Priestley had to come off in the second half after he twisted a knee.”
