City are having a look at Bournemouth goalkeeper Shwan Jalal.
Phil Parkinson today confirmed that the 30-year-old is currently training at the club.
Jalal has not played for the Cherries since March after finding himself behind Lee Camp - a summer target for the Bantams - and Darryl Flahavan.
He went on loan to Oxford in September but did not play a game.
With Connor Ripley's loan from Middlesbrough up next month, Parkinson is considering his keeper options.
He said: "Shwan is training for a couple of days because we aren't sure what's happening with Connor.
"Shwan is available and we are just having a look."
