Guiseley’s run of six straight victories came to an end but another point lifted them to 11th in the Skrill North table.
It was a dour goalless draw at lowly Worcester, with few attempts on goal by either side.
The Lions had to settle for a share of the spoils but their unbeaten run was stretched to eight games and they are now just behind neighbours Bradford Park Avenue on goal difference.
Brighouse Town were held to a second successive Toolstation Northern Counties East League draw following a 1-1 Premier Division stalemate with Barton Town Old Boys.
The visitors took a 14th-minute lead through Ryan Cooper but a Danny Naidole strike just before half-time brought Town level.
Brighouse would have overtaken their third-placed opponents with a win but they have leapfrogged neighbours Albion Sports into fourth after banking a point.
Thackley progressed in the NCE League Cup with a 2-0 win at Armthorpe Welfare in the second round. Craig Tonkinson netted in the first half and Matty Hall after the break.
Albion will have the chance to get back above Brighouse when they travel to tenth-placed Athersley Recreation tomorrow night, while Liversedge are also looking for points on the road.
Sedge travel to Staveley, who came back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Brighouse on Saturday.
