Campion, Steeton, Tyersal and Wibsey kept the Bradford flag flying as a number of West Riding County Amateur League teams advanced into the third round of the West Riding County FA Challenge Cup.
A trip to Craven League side Skipton LMS saw Campion win 4-1 thanks to two goals apiece from Jordan Missin and Omar Habeeb.
Steeton hosted Yorkshire Amateur League top-flight outfit Alwoodley and emerged with a 6-4 victory as Adam Spencer’s hat-trick was backed up by Michael Rhodes (2) and Lee Reilly.
Mick Burke and Danny O’Donnell both scored hat-tricks as Wibsey travelled to Harrogate and won by the same score against Harlow Hill.
And Tyersal visited West Yorkshire League Division One side Featherstone Colliery and had Graeme Sides and Fabian Evans on target in a 2-1 win.
Meanwhile, Bay Athletic edged a 3-2 victory over Premier Division rivals Huddersfield YMCA, while Ovenden West Riding had Carlton Pownall’s hat-trick to thank for their 5-2 win against Swillington Saints.
Storthes Hall, with a 4-1 win at Halifax side Holmfield, and Westbrook YMCA, who enjoyed a 4-2 home win over Kings Cross – also from Halifax – progressed into the next round in December as well.
But Salts and Ventus-Yeadon Celtic were both eliminated from the competition.
Salts had only an Andy Howland consolation goal to show for their efforts as they went down 4-1 at home to Wetherby Athletic, while Ventus-Yeadon were well beaten 6-2 by top-level West Yorkshire League team Boroughbridge.
Campion Reserves and Steeton Reserves made sure of their places in the third phase of the West Riding County FA Challenge Trophy.
Heavy rain and a strong wind could not halt Campion as they beat Burley Trojans 3-1 with two goals from Maldini Nyandoro and a third by Chris Helliwell on his return to action after a long injury lay-off.
Steeton hit Salts Reserves for six without reply as a Ross Bailey hat-trick was supported by goals from Mark McGee, Craig Gregory and Josh Huntley.
League action saw Littletown take full advantage of clubs at the top end of the Premier Division playing in the County Cup as they moved up to second place with a fourth successive victory.
Their 3-2 win at Kirkburton came courtesy of Chris Meason (2) and Robin Knight, while Scott Sykes and Matt Cropokes replied.
Hall Green United remain rooted to the foot of the table without a win after losing 2-1 at home to Golcar United, who climbed to third as a result.
West Horton slipped to their heaviest Division One defeat of the season as Ackeem Campbell’s hat-trick helped visiting Lower Hopton record an 8-1 victory.
Bradford stay rooted to the foot of Division Two after losing 3-0 at home to Kirkburton Reserves, while Tyersal Reserves beat Hall Green United Reserves 4-1 thanks to Ateek Hussain (2), Ryan Dane and new signing John Haggard.
