As the West Riding County Amateur League season reaches its climax, the Premier Division championship is a three-club race, with Bay Athletic going into the weekend in pole position after two consecutive midweek victories.
Tomorrow night, Bay Athletic take on East Lancashire League side Rimington in the final of the West Riding County FA Challenge Cup at Elland Road (7.30).
On Saturday, second-placed Ovenden West Riding and third-placed Steeton, who both booked their place on Wednesday night in the final of the Premier Division Cup, meet at Natty Lane (2.30pm).
With both sides still having to play Bay Athletic, the championship could go to the wire.
Campion, who have only two games left, are looking for Salts to return home from Kirkburton with all three points to save them dropping into the bottom three.
Last night's results - Premier Division Cup semi-finals: Golcar United 0, Steeton 1 (aet); Ovenden West Riding 3, Hall Green United 1. Premier Division: Bay Athletic 6, Storthes Hall 2; Kirkburton 0, Marsden 3. Division One: Wibsey 3, Lower Hopton 1. Division Two Cup semi-final: Salts Reserves 1, Dudley Hill Rangers 1 (aet, Salts win 3-2 on penalties).
