Baris Northern Counties East League Cup holders Thackley will defend their trophy in this season’s final after a 2-0 victory over Worksop Parramore in tonight’s semi-final.
Following a goalless first half, Jordan Missin put the Dennyboys in front when he headed home a Chris Davey corner, and Nicky Matthews sealed the win with the second ten minutes from time.
Brighouse Town secured runners-up spot in the Premier Division with a 3-1 win at home against Hall Road Rangers.
Tom Matthews gave Town the lead just before the break and Luke Sellers levelled in the second half but a second from Matthews and a late Tom Brown strike saw Town take a maximum from their final game of the season.
In the same division, Liversedge came back from Staveley MW with all three points from their penultimate match thanks to a 2-1 win.
Danny Toronczak and Ryan Wood were on target for Sedge, but Eccleshill United ended their campaign in Division One with a 1-0 defeat at Hemsworth MW.
