Tickets for City’s home leg of the play-off semi-finals will go on sale from Sunday morning.
Season-ticket and flexi-card holders will be able to buy their usual reserved seat plus one other, providing they do it on-line only between 10am and 10pm on Sunday.
Any who do not take up the offer will have a further two days to buy up to two tickets for the game. That will run online from 9am on Monday to 4pm on Tuesday.
The remaining tickets will go on general sale online from 9am to 5pm Wednesday and Thursday.
The club are asking fans to buy tickets online or by the telephone booking service on 0871 978 8000 to avoid having to queue at the stadium.
The ticket office will operate as a help zone for fans having problems obtaining tickets via those methods.
It will be open for enquiries from season-ticket and flexi-card holders from 11am-4pm on Sunday; 9am-5pm on Monday and 9am-4pm on Tuesday.
General sale enquiries will be available between 9am and 5pm on Wednesday and Thursday.
Fans buying their tickets before 4pm on Tuesday will receive them through the post. After that time, they will need to make their own arrangements for collection. Ticket holders wishing to upgrade to the banqueting suites or Bantams Bar must pay an extra £10 for adults and £5 concessions. Upgrades will be available on the online ticketing service.
Valley Parade will host the first semi-final leg on Thursday night. The away return takes place next Sunday and ticket details will be revealed once the opposition has been confirmed.
