Albion Sports went top of the Baris Northern Counties East League Division One tonight with a 2-0 win over fourth-placed Knaresborough Town.
They took a first-half lead through Danny Facey, and Liam Ormsby fired in a second from 25 yards.
Divisional rivals Eccleshill United won 6-1 at home against Rossington Main.
There was a hat-trick for Brandon Roane, with Alex Rouse, skipper Ben Lamb, and CJ Lyle all weighing in.
The victory pushed the Eagles through the 50-point barrier - a total that seemed very remote before Bobby Davison arrived at the end of November.
