Bradford City reserves 0, Gateshead reserves 0
City’s reserve team drew 0-0 at home to Gateshead this afternoon.
The home side, who had eight apprentices and three trialists in their starting 11, came closest to breaking the deadlock in the first half when Louie Swain headed against a post after Kyle Harrison had turned Connor Erangey’s far-post centre back across goal shortly before the half-hour.
Home skipper Scott Brown had earlier been denied by the sprawling frame of Gateshead keeper Lewis Sharpe as he burst through.
City reserves: Morrison; Hepworth, Harrison, Patillo, Brisbane; Jae Yun Lee (Curtis 68), Brown (captain), Stockdill (Mottley-Henry 81), Erangey, McBurnie (Chippendale 68), Swain.
