The final of the Bradford Sunday Alliance League's Intermediate Cup will be between Division 1A teams Thornbury Celtic and Whitburn Athletic.
Both came through hard-fought semi-finals to book a place at Manningham Mills on Sunday, April 28.
Thornbury were never behind in their match against Red Lion and moved in front on 25 minutes with a penalty kick.
They increased their lead but Red Lion halved the deficit when Billy Swaitek scored and then missed a golden opportunity to equalise when they had a penalty kick saved.
In the other semi-final, Whitburn Athletic moved into a two-goal lead against Pudsey Amateurs from Division 2B.
The Pudsey team then defied the formbook to first pull a goal back through James Todd and equalised when Todd hit his second to take the tie to extra time.
Whitburn hit the winner in the second period of extra-time when a penalty shoot-out was looming.
This was the second semi-final disappointment in a week for the Pudsey team because in midweek they had gone out of the West Riding County FA Sunday Trophy at Woodlesford but they have done their section proud.
Premier Division leaders Buttershaw White Star's fixture against Mill Lane was a victim of the weather, and this gave West Bowling a chance to close the gap at the top when they visited cellar dwellers Queensbury, coming away with a 4-0 victory.
Joe Jagger nabbed a brace for the League Cup finalists, and this was followed by strikes from Chris Wood and Jack Murphy to bring Bowling, who have three matches in hand and face the front-runners on April 21, within ten points of the defending champions.
Wyke Wanderers and Thornton United met for the second time in four days.
Glynn Hirst hit a double for Wyke but Thornton won an eight-goal thriller with braces by Delroy White and Dave Wilson after the teams had shared two goals and the points in midweek.
In Division One, Stanningley Albion hit White Eagles for seven, with Andy Kenyon hitting a hat-trick, Tom Jarman a brace and Luke and Adam Hunter getting a goal each in a victory that put them three points clear.
Dog and Gun continue to climb the table in Division 1A after a three-goal victory over basement club Shoulder of Mutton.
It was top against bottom in Division 2A, with cellar dwellers Heaton Kings Arms going down by eight goals against leaders Robin Hood Wyke.
In Division 2B, leaders Swaine Green were beaten by the only goal of the match against Delius, who moved into third position but have five matches in hand on the leaders.
Grass Greener United kept up the pressure at the top with a 3-2 victory over Apperley Bridge, Ben Needham, Adam Boocock and Jack Holland being on target for the winners.
Salthorn had a seven-goal victory at Bramley United to make the top of the division interesting.
In Division 3A, Eccleshill WMC kept their first clean sheet of the season in a 6-0 win over Jubo Dhol.
Plaudits must go to new Italian signing Lino Massimo, who weighed in with a superb first half hat- trick.
Leaders Cartwright Lister were beaten by the odd goal in three by Sycamores.
