The bad weather looks like decimating the West Riding County Amateur League schedule on Saturday.
Games on all Bradford, Leeds and Kirklees council pitches have already been called off but those with privately-owned grounds have little hope of beating the freeze.
Saturday's fixture list sees two local quarter-final ties of the Bradford & District FA Senior Challenge Cup taking centre stage, with Fields FC entertaining last season's runners-up Salts at Hollingwood Lane and Thackley FC hosting Tyersal, at Ainsbury Avenue.
Thackley, Fields, and Tyersal have in recent seasons all lifted the cup, while Salts have to go back almost sixty seasons to 1954 since their last success in the competition.
Steeton are hoping to maintain their seven-point advantage at the summit of the Premier Division at home to Hall Green United, while second-placed Bay Athletic are down to visit strugglers Littletown.
Campion are due to visit Golcar United, having lost two games on the trot.
Campion Reserves have the opportunity to reach the quarter final stages of the West Riding County FA Challenge Trophy - and a home tie against Golcar United’s reserve side in February - as they are due to host Oxenhope Recreation Reserves in Round Four at Manningham Mills.
