Amateur Colin Peace is heading to the United Arab Emirates next week for the experience of a lifetime after winning a place in the grand final of the prestigious League to Dubai pairs competition.
The all-expenses-paid trip is reward for the efforts of Willow Valley 22-handicapper Peace and playing partner Malcolm Crowson (Wychwood Park) after battling through a local league and regional final during 2012.
The duo will be up against four other pairings on three top courses, while another nine compete in the singles competition.
