SIR – After reading different articles regarding building new homes and wind turbines, I firmly believe homes are more important than green fields. Thousands of people up and down the country are on housing waiting lists – many have been waiting for years. Everybody needs somewhere to call home.
Some of you will not think it’s right to build new homes and wind turbines, but we have to all start thinking of the future of the community and not just look at what is the best way now. With not enough homes and fuel prices rocketing we all have to do our bit.
We all know how green fields are important for grassing animals, walking etc, but unfortunately some people think it’s their right to be able to look over these green fields from their homes at any time with no thoughts of anyone else.
We need to act now and not sit on the fence.
