SIR - What is the Bradford Council's planning department playing at?
Bradford Channel Limited is investing in Bradford with a prestigious development (T&A, September 19) and all Bradford Council can do is belittle it - literally.
Too many people, especially out here in the Aire Valley, do nothing but decry Bradford, putting it down at every opportunity, despite all the developments underway.
A 25-storey tower and associated buildings would speak out loud and clear to all the doubters in a form that nobody could deny.
Come on Bradford Council, back the investors in Bradford!
