SIR – Re the letter from Norman Harvey on ‘Flight frustration’ (T&A, November 14). I also feel the same.

My family live in the west of Ireland and have been flying from Knock airport to Leeds-Bradford every three weeks to see me. I am quite old.

Now this flight has been cancelled and is flying into Liverpool and Manchester, and the planes were always full both ways.

I wrote a personal letter to Ryanair’s Mr O’Leary to ask why, but have had no reply.

My family will now have to travel from Liverpool to Bradford.

If the airline gave a reason it would help.
