SIR – The late, great Sir Jimmy Savile, in my view has been an inspiration to us all over the last 40 or 50 years, to what can be achieved in both human compassion for those less fortunate and showing us that colour, creed religious beliefs, class status or disability did not count.
We can learn from Sir Jimmy Savile a great deal, Jim Fixed It for many, many, many people of all walks of life.
It’s time we fixed if for Jim by following his example.
