SIR – At last, after three years, the Festival of Remembrance is back to its joyful self. A very pleasant and entertaining evening it was.
The Bradford Brass Band (I did not know that we had one) was a pleasure to listen to. A brilliant conductor, thank you, Lee Skipsey and your band – something to be proud of.
Another pleasure also was the return of the children from The Packham Theatre School – a joy to watch.
I am limited to words, but could I thank the organiser Mrs Sue Trees and all the other acts that responded to this cause.
Once again, Bradford can be proud. Thank you Bradfordians for attending this Festival of Remembrance.
