SIR – While not going as far as to call David Barnett an idiot, I confess to rarely finishing reading any of his weekly observations on life.
But thanks to an irate reader’s ranting to David Barnett, his column on Friday, November 4, was highly amusing.
A few more like that and he may one day be as entertaining as the now sadly retired scribe – Mike Priestley.
