SIR – I see that Bradford Industrial Museum’s horses have found a good home in Norfolk, but I still don’t understand how this will save £126,000 a year, as I believe the main attraction of the museum was the horses, for children and adults.

It will be interesting to see how visitor numbers are affected by the loss of Murdoch and Darcy and I wonder if the next proposal we will hear from Bradford Council is that the museum is to close due to a lack of visitors?
