SIR – The T&A (September 28) begs two questions. If we are going to have ‘talking and singing bins’, should we first check on the continuing benefit from the talking and singing bus shelter at the bottom end of Manchester Road which the Royal Society of Arts funded.
With regard to the Menston planning meeting, was John Eyles asked why our planning officers were unable to obtain responses from the Environment Agency?
We have a right to know who is responsible for wasting significant public funds and the time of so many people. Mr Eyles or the Environment Agency should be brought to task, and who better to do it than the T&A?
