SIR – I went to Bolling Hall last Sunday and had a most enjoyable afternoon. The actors were excellent and very knowledgeable and passionate about the times.

Inside Bolling Hall is always worth seeing, but the museum grounds are looking very tired and neglected.

This is the oldest and most historic property left in Bradford, so you would think it would be treated as such.

The walls and flagstones around the museum need making right where topstones are missing, and the upright columns would look so much better if the round ornamental balls were replaced where missing.

Also one door needs making good. It’s boarded up with plywood and to my knowledge that did not exist in olden times.

Come on Bradford Council, get your builders on the job for a month and sort it out.
