SIR - Re your story Fly tipper fined £40 by magistrates (T&A, September 8), some magistrates should start to live in the real world.
As regular walkers down the length of Wilson Road, Wyke, we have to look at the blight of rubbish instead of what should be a pleasant view.
It is grieving to think magistrates have such little regard for the public. Perhaps if they lived near to such eyesores they may act differently.
If an order was made to clean up their own mess, perhaps the fly tippers would not repeat their anti-social behaviour.
