SIR – I really don’t know why people complain about the NHS, and particularly our Bradford hospitals.
I have nothing but the highest praise for all the staff. I have been treated with respect, loving care and compassion by everyone, and I have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
There are available to me all the resources I need to be made well, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Our hospitals are so very busy, yet I have been listened to and attended to as if I were the only person there.
Well done Bradford Royal Infirmary! Well done St Luke’s!
I thank God every day for you all and your work and our great National Health Service system. Thank you.
