SIR – Your report (T&A, January 13) is fulsome in its praise of the achievements of Jane Glaister (pictured) in benefitting Bradford, for which she was paid between £107,000 and £117,000 a year.
However, you have omitted to tell us what compensation package she has received to assuage compulsory redundancy.
Others who face redundancy need to know a benchmark figure, and those of us who, through our taxes, are footing the bill need to know what it is costing us.
