SIR – Conservative Councillor Anne Hawkesworth said that if there’s less funding coming to Bradford, we have to make sure we preserve the front-line services by removing replication (T&A, November 19).
Good thinking, Anne. Let’s start by reducing the unnecessarily large number of councillors.
