SIR – With regard your article covering the concierge service at Brunswick House (T&A, July 22), I feel the headline ‘We won’t get rid of security staff’ is rather misleading, as it could imply we would never make any changes.
As we outlined in our statement to the T&A (July 20), we are undertaking a review of the concierge service across the district to ensure we continue to provide effective local services for the benefit of our customers.
Although we have no immediate plans to do so, in the future this will involve looking at the concierge service covering Brunswick House and the immediate area.
I would like to reassure residents that we will carry out a full customer consultation into any possible changes to the service.
