SIR – This is not a sad letter, it is an open thank you.
My wife Pat died on July 4 and my burden was/is made easier by so many people.
Crossley House, wards 3 and 30 at the Bradford Royal Infirmary, my neighbours, family, friends, the Anchorage members, bus stop acquaintances all remember Pat.
So, helped, encouraged and supported by the goodwill and affection, though sad because of my loss, I am looking up and finding my feet again.
Thank you again to all.
Bill Maskew, Fountain Way, Shipley
