SIR – After reading in the national papers about the Somali man and his large family – who fled their own country and now live in a £2 million Kensington mansion paid for by taxpayers – I am left wondering how this is allowed to happen. This man is unemployed, so no wonder he would not be able to afford the £2,000-per-week rent, let alone keep his huge family.
This is just another example of the slipshod way this country is run. People seem to think if they have lots of kids, they don’t need to work. Well they do. If they want the kids, let them keep them themselves. Why should the taxpayer foot the bill?
Enough is enough, stop this free-for-all now.
