SIR – In Tuesday’s T&A (July 6), there was a letter from Mr Justin Kerswell, Viva campaign manager.
Every time something crops up about meateaters, according to him we should all change and become rabbits, like he presumably is.
I eat vegetables with my meat. I don’t care where I get my meat from, or my fresh cream milk. I like what I eat, and I don’t tell others what they can or can’t eat.
If you want to be a veggie, do it, but don’t tell me or other meateaters to change our ways, as you are on to a losing streak.
If factory farming is required to keep the price of meat down, so be it, we just have to go on with it.
