SIR – In the T&A (Thursday, July 1) there was a lovely photograph of the City Park under construction with the caption “WORK: Contractors at work on the City Park scheme in Bradford city centre.”
Well where were they? Gone to lunch? Their digger was there, but no workmen. Was it a case of spot the contractor?
There seems to be a lady looking in with no hat on, so she can’t be one. No, sorry, there wasn’t a hard hat anywhere, so where were they?
