SIR - Once again we have people (Dr Mohammed Ali, Letters, May 8) saying that community relations have been set back because of a TV programme (Bradford Riots, C4). I personally thought that the programme was boring.
Stating that 70 per cent of the Asian community still leave school with no qualifications and intimating that this is the fault of others beggars belief. The quality of schools within Bradford is good so the only people to blame are the pupils themselves.
To then complain that there are only a nominal amount of Asians in senior management really takes the biscuit. Who is going to employ someone in these positions with no education?
These people have to stop thinking everyone is against them. Thinking you are the only people with problems and continually going on about it does nothing but get the backs up of the general public.
