SIR – Living not far from The Branch pub, I have often wondered if a one-way system could be considered, using the apparently convenient triangle of Bradford Road, Saltaire Road and Otley Road.
It seems logical to think in this direction.
There will be problems, of course, the traffic would use Fox Corner which is busy anyway, but with the volume of traffic ever-increasing, something must be done.
I live on the Bradford/Shipley border and traffic is solid right back here at certain times of the day, trying to negotiate its way towards Bingley.
