SIR – The Children’s Trust, Tadworth, is a national charity that provides care, education and therapy for children with multiple disabilities and complex health needs, and runs the UK’s largest residential rehabilitation centre for children with acquired brain injuries.
The Trust has 25 years of experience in delivering these services and wants to ensure that families of children with acquired brain injury or multiple disabilities have access to the information they need.
It is our aim to develop more comprehensive information for families who have not had the benefit of the Trust’s clinical services.
We are keen to talk to families of children who have an acquired brain injury, perhaps caused by an accident or by an illness such as meningitis, brain tumour or other serious condition. We hope they will work with us to improve the information available to families in the future.
If you feel able to help, please contact Rob Wood, communications manager at The Children’s Trust, on (01737) 365077.
