SIR – We note that Bradford has been identified in a nationwide survey as the city which travellers least want to visit, due to its being “dangerous, ugly and boring”. The knee-jerk response from our very well-paid strategic director of culture, tourism and sport did nothing to address these most obvious of home truths.
