SIR – It’s no wonder Bradford has been voted the one of the worst city’s in the UK (T&A, March 19).
Two more stabbings last week, with one young man losing his life. I would like to defend my city, but how can I?
There are too many young men with a chip on their shoulders, hanging around street corners, some driving around in flashy cars.
Where, I ask, do they get the money from?
I’m not blind, but the local MPs and the local councillors must go to an opticians.
The police must keep a grip on all the young yobs dealing in drugs and knife and gun crime.
I can only see things getting worse. The communities must help the police to keep the crime levels down. I would like zero tolerance in Bradford.
