SIR – Thorpe Edge Community Forum will be celebrating its 25th anniversary next year – I should know because along with a couple of local residents I helped to set up the forum in 1986.
Councillor McPhee insinuates (T&A, February 19) that the Liberal Democrats now want to “scrap community forums” – I have absolutely no idea what he is talking about or where he gets this ridiculous belief. Is there an election coming up?
