SIR – I am in total agreement with S Parkinson (Letters, February 10) – having Billy Pearce appear in the city so often, both in and out of panto (2008’s Eurobeat show for example), is akin to TV soaps stars and over-exposure.
Are there no other top comics in Yorkshire who could provide an alternative?
